Lunar fishing Squirmster

The squirmy worm is (in)famous in the fly fishing community as one of the most effective all-round flies out there. It has great movement and is just a great fly for most species - but especially trout, perch, panfish and bass loves it. This variant is tied with enough weight so that it can be thrown with a XUL or BFS fishing rod.

A tip is to cut down the legs a little if the fish are a little tricky - it usually leads to more landed fish!

I use this mostly in still water fishing for perch and trout or in slow rivers. For fast water i reccomend fishing it under a small bobber to stay in contact with the lure.
